called for one hour 7:30 to 8:30 no one picks up the phone. tried to make reservation five days in advance requesting for window seats and the receptionist tells me they will try. what does that even mean??? either you have window settings or you don't. does "we will try" means they will only place you by the window seats if someone "more" importance doesnt show up? we have been frequent customers but will surely blacklist the place now. no wonder HK is losing its competitive edge. lots of fancy
