I heard about the famed Beef Wellington and wanted to give it a try. knowing that I have to pre order the day before, I phoned them and confirmed my reservation of the Wellington. However when I arrived at the restaurant they said they had no such record in their system and they don't have any extra ingredient for the said dish. They claimed that someone should have phoned me the in the morning before the dinner but I recieved no such phone call.
At this point I don't think they deserve my business so I left.
It's exceedingly rare receive such abyssal service nowadays in Hong Kong. I believe there are many more other places that respect their customers.
