久唔久都会去东涌行个山或者踩下单车，今次夜晚想chill下，就揾咗一间海景餐厅食dinner。环境好舒适，落地大玻璃对住大海景～餐厅其他装潢都有外国feel，仲可以同朋友笃个波添。💡Maryland Crab Cake $168呢道系美国特色小食，主打用芥末同柠檬带出Maryland风味，鲜甜嘅蟹肉，虽然系煎炸，但芥末同柠檬帮手减腻，酸酸辣辣再加蟹肉嘅甜味同香脆嘅外皮。💡Pappardelle $208Pappardelle系阔条面嘅种类，挂上creamy嘅酱汁，仲要热到冒住烟，烟靭又好味～配住大虾同芦笋，口感有返个平衡。💡The American BLT Medium $188经典美国牛肉汉堡，个包有烘过外脆内软，牛肉味浓又够juicy，邪恶芝士再加上烟肉油香，每一啖都咁正～再配上香脆薯条，望住海景咁食，听住live band英文歌，感觉都几似去咗外国。当晚仲有live band，成个气氛即刻俾音乐带动，现场音乐果然系唔同啲，落住黄昏都真系几chill～The Upper Deck is a hidden gem located in Tung Chung, Hong Kong.
