bf悉心及非常预早安排my birthday dinner, 坐底已见到阿Sue为我造既一张birthday card(字眼系代我bf而写的), 我宜家都有keep住张咭留念.1. 南瓜蕃茄冷热汤- 唔错, 几特别, 汤够滑, 蕃茄也够厚大.2. balsamic vinegar octopus salad - 八爪鱼爽口唔勒.3. 头盆: 鹅肝& 烟三文鱼/鸡(not sure), 唔错4. 香酱青口- D sauce includes some mixed herbs, 薰香, 如果多D牛油or有层baked cheese over them will be better.5. 红洒汁鸭腿- 很淋&入味, but i prefer the skin to be more crispy, 层次感会好D.6. 香草烩羊膝- 羊膝几大, 肉也淋, 但羊味唔够, D sauce is similar or even the same as my main course above, i think it's better to make the sources of the two mai

8. 雪山火焰- It's happy that Sue to sing a birthday song to me during the presentation of the dessert, 洒味适中, 蛋白软滑,
与内裹既芒果雪糕很匹配, 好过配蛋糕.
9. 花茶- ok lar.
唯一隔离枱有客人席间睇报纸有D破坏气氛law.
张贴
