蕃茄芝士忌廉及菠菜猫耳朵意大利面 ($148)
Orecchiette, Creamy Tomato Sauce, Spinach
这个猫耳朵意粉十分鲜味，可惜的是有点咸，不过意粉的烟韧程度煮得恰到好处
The Orecchiette was very flavorful, but regrettably a bit salty. Nonetheless, the pasta was cooked to the perfect al dente texture.
