这个面是著名的清迈菜式，但不是每一间泰国餐厅都有提供，而且要烹调得好吃亦非常有难度。这个水准不过不失，咖喱酱汁做得非常香浓，而且充满椰汁的香气，在家上花胶及鲜嫩的鸡肉，就更加鲜味。而炸面做得非常香脆，稍为失色的是软的面吸收了酱汁之后就比较腍
