尖沙咀呢头真系好多咖啡店选择，见到呢间个名叫永共尝，觉得几得意就入去试吓啦。入到去店里面有少少酒吧嘅感觉，原来呢度夜晚真系做酒吧，日头就系咖啡店。睇一睇Menu见到佢哋原来都非常之环保，咁就开始明白个名嘅由来，系指永续同埋共享。（题外话，个Menu系老板亲手画嘅非常之有心，而且画得好靓 😍)店内空间非常之充足，亦都有不少打卡位。啱晒cafe hopping。长知识，原来店舖有回收咖啡渣，然后啲咖啡渣又可以做返环保咖啡杯！食物方面最最最值得推介嘅就系鸡翼山同埋朱古力乳酪雪糕！鸡翼山嘅份量好大，两个人都食唔晒，而且炸得好脆，热辣辣又香口啱晒一边同朋友吹水一边食。朱古力乳酪雪糕，配搭入边啲饼干脆脆，味道非常之夹！消暑良品！👍🏻Tsim Sha Tsui really does have a plethora of coffee shop options. Tsim Sha Tsui really does have a plethora of coffee shop options. I stumbled upon one named "YGC" and thought the name was quite intriguing, so I decided to give it a try.
Upon entering, the place kind of felt like a bar, and it turns out that it actually operates as a bar at night and a coffee shop during the day.
Looking through the menu, I noticed they are really focused on being environmentally friendly, which made me understand the meaning behind the name—sustainability and sharing.
(By the way, the menu was hand-drawn by the owner, which I found very thoughtful and beautifully done 😍)
The interior space is quite generous, and there are plenty of spots perfect for taking photos. It's just right for cafe hopping.
I learned something new there; they recycle coffee grounds, which are then used to make eco-friendly coffee cups!
When it comes to food, the most highly recommended items are the mountain of chicken wings and the chocolate frozen yoghurt!
The portion of the chicken wings mountain is huge—too much for two people—and they are fried to a perfect crisp, hot and flavorful, great for munching on while chatting with friends.
The chocolate frozen yoghurt, with its crunchy biscuit mix, is an amazing combination! A perfect treat to beat the heat!
