我用某网上外卖平台总共叫左2次外卖, 第一次佢即刻取消我张单, 话做唔切, 完全唔紧要 明白有时可能太过多人,整唔切.之后我第2晚叫多次, 今次佢一直冇取消张单, 直至我等左45分钟先话卖晒, 取消张单请呢间餐厅如果系做唔切生意, 请一早通知, 而唔系等左45分钟先通知, 令人极度失望.所以各位如果系想经过外卖APP去订, 请三思, 随时等1个钟先取消你张单.I have ordered food from this restaurant through a food delivery app for two times. I have ordered food from this restaurant through a food delivery app for two times. The first time he has canceled my order immediately and I am totally fine with that because I understand there is busy time during the rush hour.
However, I have ordered the food again through it another night. And the restaurant DID NOT cancel my order until I have wait for 45 minutes already. It is extremely disappointed and frustrated. If the restaurant is not capable to handle the order, please cancel it ASAP but not after 45 minutes.
Please RE-THINK if you would like to order from this restaurant. It is highly possible that the restaurant will cancel your order after an hour.
