为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

I have ordered B3 on its Menus which is Beef brisket noodles with beef broth and my husband ordered raw beef noodles. When food comes, waiter placed a bowl of beef brisket noodles with tomatoes soup. And I told him that I haven’t ordered this and should be coming the wrong one. The waiter didn’t say anything. As I love to come to 天空之城 having lunch/dinner and I never had any bad experience before. Thus, nicely I told him that it is fine and I could have it. BUT the waiter indeed does say nothing

Thus, nicely I told him that it is fine and I could have it. BUT the waiter indeed does say nothing from the beginning to end even not a word of “sorry” or “唔好意思”🤦🏻‍♀️. This attitude will make guest not come again even food is ok.
