It is recommended to make a reservation even if it’s just a weekday night, otherwise you will probably end up queuing outside, look at the others eating in the semi open restaurant while you wait. 我真系好钟意greyhound嘅餐牌有茶餐厅咁多嘅选择,就算去十次都唔会闷,佢仲有好多fusion泰菜,例如泰式意粉,比本地嘅一般”正宗泰菜”更特别。
生虾刺生系卖飞佛,每次去泰国都会丧食嘅,连个泰文名(gung chae laam pla)我都背埋,方便点菜!不过greyhound就无生虾刺生喇,只有更特别嘅”生虾刺生酱三文鱼”。个汁少少辣加上青柠嘅酸味超开胃,加上小蒜片同薄薄嘅三文鱼刺生,一次过刺激你嘅味蕾!我真系好好好好好钟意食呢个三文鱼,系我每次黎都一定会叫嘅头盘!
I love to eat the Thai style raw shrimp. This dish is creative and smart that they used salmon to replace raw shrimp. Because I know some people doesn’t like the sticky texture of raw shrimp, replacing with salmon makes it more popular. I am also a big salmon fan! This dish is a must try in greyhound! 试过新款泰菜都要试一试传统嘅菜式,主菜系鲜虾炒金边粉,香港好少食到啱我口味嘅金边粉,面要够干身同烟un, greyhound就完全做到我嘅要求,唔会好似其他餐厅咁汁太多,湿淋淋!其次系调味,我唔太好偏甜嘅金边粉(有人钟意加砂糖食,我唔太接受到),呢度就无甜味喇!所以真系啱晒我口味!正!
Pad Thai is a traditional choice. The noodles are very well fried, it was neither too dry nor too wet. I love to squeeze a lot of lime and mix the noodle with the bean sprouts. There were also a generous amount of shrimp in the noodle. 最后系 甜品, greyhound嘅甜品一样系好多选择,绝对系值得一试。今次试咗香蕉拖肥,哗,上面嘅cream亦劲多,中间的拖肥都几甜(话明系拖肥梗系甜啦!),不过好抢味,香蕉味无订企!底嘅oreo “饼底"好硬,要凿先食到。不推介。
This is a perfect dessert for the sweet tooth, but it was too sweet for me and the caramel completely covered the taste of the banana. The crust at the bottom was also too hard to eat. 最后黎杯蓝色嘅茶,好有蓝泡泡feel呢,不过应该系全天然嘅,饮完条脷唔会好似食咗魔鬼糖咁染晒色。好特别嘅饮品,就咁饮有d甘苦,配合少少 糖水就perfect喇!
The blue tea looks very interesting and it looks better than it tastes. I would go for the special ice lemon tea here next time.

由于greyhound选择太多而且总会比到surprise你,又有正宗又有fusion,去一次的确唔够!

Grey hound is a rare fusion/ modern thai restaurant in Hong Kong. I can’t wait to go back and try all the other special dishes again.
