Solid dimsum with a stunning view and impeccable service! I was hopping to try their 太極馬拉糕 (Cantonese sponge cake) and 花支米網腸粉 (steamed rice flour roll with mashed cuttlefish) but both items were alrdy sold out😭Here’s what we tried:*金箔原隻鮮蝦餃 Shrimp Dumpling topped with gold leaf HKD 56 - solid, would have preferred just whole shrimps as the filling instead of a combination of whole shrimps and minced shrimps though *翡翠鮮蝦腸粉 Steamed rice flour roll with shrimps HKD 78 - they were so generous with th

*翡翠鮮蝦腸粉 Steamed rice flour roll with shrimps HKD 78 - they were so generous with the shrimp fillings! There was a whole shrimp instead each piece!

💭the scallops were fresh and though the whole dish was a little on the blend side despite the back truffle paste
