黎到尖沙咀觅食突然醒起好耐无去过亚士里道,原来都转变左唔少.见到呢间名为Poseidon既餐厅好有气势亦几有气氛就决定试下.Salmon Tartare & Caviar 三层他他塔由最底红菜头粒,中间三文鱼他他肉及最上层鱼子所组合而成.红菜头香甜清新,咬落又唔会有渣,带一阵脆脆感.三文鱼含鱼油甘香,肉质饱满带出弹牙感.最上层鱼子脆卜卜,咬开溢出鱼子精华.整体层次欠感丰富,清新开胃.Brown-buttered Crab Risotto 以原个蟹盖酿入蟹肉risotto,卖相已经赢晒.Risotto浓稠creamy,带一阵阵海鲜虾香.risotto饭粒唔会过硬,入口唔会带饭骨之余又唔会过软烂仲带有嚼口感.Rainforest Gin/Mint/Cucumber/Elderflower/Soda充满园林feel既cocktail,杯内以青瓜皮包裹住。入口清爽够fresh,酒味唔会过浓烈但又感受到gin酒独有既清香。再加埋梳打令整杯cocktail更清凉。Stew mussel
