和老婆在Times Square看完电影后, 时间来到晚上九时多, 铜锣湾的街头人气已不复疫情前的时间, 但其人气之衰落和店舖的冷清是我没有预计过的. 这街境也许就是真实的香港故事, 整条街道就只有江仔记这热食食肆还在经营, 自然就成了我俩晚餐的地方. 江仔记主打系鱼蛋粉面, 人均五十多元有交易而能填饱肚子, 总比吃那些麻辣米线健康就是.鱼蛋的鱼味不错, 口感还是有少少弹牙, 并不会如现成货般弹, 而且有新鲜鱼味就代表其自家制作的机率高, 当然最为深刻的白身鱼蛋, 自然就是夏铭记极腍的那一种, 原来可以有如此的口感. 牛腩和云吞就是一般货色, 没有太多Outstanding的地方. 特登来吃就不必, 但作为深宵晚饭或宵夜也可以.Kong Chai Kee is one of the cheapest restaurant at Causeway Bay. Famous for the fish ball, it tastes soft in texture and quite good in fish flavour. It is home made and fresh enough. Other foods like beef brisket and dumplings are not as good as fish ball.
