The egg white fish tofu is a pleasant surprise when you bite into it, but you may want to try other soup bases for more flavor. The pork cartilage is large and tender.
My personal favorites include the fried squid paste, fried pork neck, the flavorful braised pork blood, and the generous portion of braised mushrooms. The Korean noodles have a nice texture and it complements the toppings really well. For vegetables, I recommend the choy sum for its freshness and abundance.
There are various sauces available, including satay, curry, and spicy flavors. The chili oil provided on the table is also delicious and adds a nice kick to the dish.
相比起深水埗另一间车仔面"名店",我就更中意呢间车仔面,坐得舒服,墙上既广东话留言同广东歌好有亲切感。
车仔面最少要叫三𩠌加面, 净𩠌就要叫四𩠌 (菜底当净𩠌计)
