湾仔人气新加坡叻沙，吸引不少附近的上班族为食客。餐厅环境干净，第一眼看还以为是咖啡厅呢～餐厅只有提供三款面的选择，分别是优质虾面、娘惹浓厚喇沙，和干叻沙。食物味道不过不失，经过附近可以一试，但未至于要特别前来打卡。The popular Singapore Laksa restaurant showcases the authentic Nonya flavors in Wan Chai. 虾面采用了鸡蛋面和米粉(参参)，汤底则是鲜虾和猪骨汤，配上鲜虾、猪肉、豆芽、菜，和焦洋葱。
🔘 娘惹浓厚叻沙 Nonya Laksa Lemak | hkd$115
叻沙采用了粗米粉，汤底则是椰子和鸡浓汤，配上鲜虾、鱼饼、鸡丝、鸡蛋、豆腐、豆芽，和香菜。叻沙的椰香味扑鼻而来，汤底十分浓郁，少少微辣，但可惜的是粗米粉并不能完全挂汤，面质也有点儿过软。
