Palco Ristorante系湾仔搬尖沙咀海港城后,坐拥无敌270度维港景色,餐厅落地玻璃,维港景色加上现代装修风格,室外同室内都好舒服同好适合打卡!餐厅有名厨刘铭佳加持,曾半岛酒店内的Verandah、Chesa、Felix、Gaddi’s工作,所以Palco料理特别精致先上蓝面包,旁边有Home made honey butter非常好食Italian Stir-Fried Octopus & Squid八爪鱼加上Tomato, garlic, black pepper,炒得香口几惹味Slow-cooked French Lamb Rack & Neck成寸半厚羊架慢煮,入口肉质嫩滑。旁边有黑松露烧汁、紫菜蒜蓉,蒜蓉细滑而带有紫菜香,配搭特别Pan-Fried Black Cod Fillet Sicilion Style with Coriander Foam鳕鱼煎得香脆,油香十足,肉质超滑!配上西西里汁同芫茜泡泡,酱汁为鳕鱼味道更上一层楼!最后Signature Tiramisu,旁边有Baylis ice cream、咖啡啫喱、朱古脆脆,夹一起食Tiramisu,有几层口
