I recently visited your coffee shop and was quite disappointed to find out that you offer a stamp card program for every 7 cups purchased but failed to inform me about it during my previous visits. It would have been great if your staff had informed me about this program during my first visit, so that I could have collected stamps and redeemed a free cup of coffee by now. As a customer, I always appreciate being informed about any promotional offers or loyalty programs that a business may have.
Apart from this issue, I have always enjoyed the quality of your coffee and the service provided by your staff. However, I do hope that in the future, your coffee shop will take steps to better inform customers about any loyalty programs or promotional offers available.
