烧味质素参差,叉烧、烧腩仔、红肠、烧鹅、切鸡,呢啲全部我都食过,但每次食质素都唔一样。叉烧有时好柴好干,我都尚可以接受嘅。叉烧如果烧得靓又多汁嘅话,可以好好食。至于烧鹅同切鸡就认真麻麻,烧鹅好多骨好多油,啲油多到有浸油系底,而且冇乜肉,个人黎讲唔太接受到,食左一旧就放弃左。切鸡都系多骨少肉,不过好过烧鹅。烧腩仔啲皮唔脆嘅,呢样就有啲失望。🥲 红肠就最稳阵,每次都可以一旧接一旧咁食。The quality of the siu mei is uneven, including char siu, pork belly, red sausage, roasted goose, and chicken.
