想揾Sunday Brunch 食，睇到网上有人介绍Felix 有Sunday Brunch ，于是即刻打去订枱，上个月book 都要等差唔多一个月先有位，我哋request左window seat ，不过去到都未有安排到比我地不过都冇所谓，反正成间餐厅个环境都好靓我哋11:30am 去到，已经好多人，虽然餐厅地方唔大，但都唔会觉得好逼夹，坐低之后服务员会介绍Menu 内容，因为有4款价钱，分别系:$1050 Refresh and vitalize yourself with our home-made fruit juices and soft drinks throughout our dining experience $1070 Compliment your brunch with signature cocktails ，beer，white and red wine $1090Enjoy your house Champagne Peninsula Champagne Deutz Brut throughout your dining experience $1280T

我地拣左$1090 个款，服务员好快就帮我地斟酒，服务员服务态度好好，之后都不停帮我地斟酒，唔使我哋叫先斟
另外仲会有个Main course ，有六款选择，分别系：

(2) Seafood Risotto (Shrimps ，Scallops and Abalone)
(3) Chargrilled Iberian Pork Pluma ( Black Truffle and Potato Mash ，Liquorice Sauce )
(4) Felix Burger (U.S Certified Angus beef ，Pan Fried Foie Gras Caramelized Onion and Green Apple )
(5) Poached Sea Bass Supreme (Creamy Orzo Pasta ，Beurre Blanc ，Seasonal Vegetables )
(6) Beef Filet Wellington (Mustard Pommery Sauce ，Wild Mushrooms Sautéed and Grilled Vegetables)
冷盘：龙虾🦞，蟹脚，蟹钳，扇贝，大虾，鲍鱼 （龙虾同鲍鱼出过一次就冇再refill)
甜品：马卡龙，6款自家制雪糕🍦等等，其他甜品款式唔算太多选择
其他食品：Ham ，沙律🥗，Eggs Benedict 等等
总括而言，无论环境食物同服务都非常满意，尤其最好食系Wellington Beef 同Lobster Soup
