This cross section was beautiful! Four even layers of soft moist airy sponge with even layers of cream cheese tucked neatly in between. Each mouthful was so smooth and creamy, it was amazing! Doesn’t leave you feeling dense and heavy at all.
With a generous amount of fresh blueberries and coated in fresh cream, a beautiful and delicious for my mum’s birthday🥰!
自从开始烘培后，非常欣赏蛋糕的横切面，能看到蛋糕的质感和层次。四层松软湿润的海绵蛋糕，中间整齐地夹了四层芝士忌廉，口感顺滑，一点也不觉腻。面头还有好多新鲜蓝莓，和鲜忌廉，睇得又食得👍🏻
