🇭🇰Hong KongAverage expense pp: HKD$500-600+📍Address: Raw bar no.8, Sheung Wan食过好多次omakase,人生第一次食生蚝嘅Omakase,最矜贵嘅竟然可以加海胆同埋鱼子酱,真系奢华嘅享受。我哋分别食咗Ancelin同埋Ostra Regel,Ancelin嘅海水味比较重,鲜甜爽口。Ostra Regel系最肥美嘅生蚝🦪,入口充满口感。佢哋嘅小食都同样好出色,deep fried cream cheese 配上一杯the Marching Captain Chardonnay,芝士好香口,一粒接着一粒食,完全唔会觉得腻。个人十分推介lobster and shrimp roll with fries,龙虾肉多到满出嚟,包系用蒜蓉包烘脆制成,非常香口,薯条都系新鲜炸热出嚟,份量可以两个人一齐share,食得相当开心。最后甜品有一个cheese cake,质感细腻,下次会再嚟同朋友食
