南丫岛豆腐花 Good or Exaggerated?🤔之前看过不少食评也认为南丫岛建兴亚婆豆腐花有点名过其实😀但近日到南丫岛一游 一尝过后 其实并没那么差😂不过口感跟以往吃过的豆腐花是挺不同 质感较厚实 虽如其他食评一样豆香并不算非常突出🙊但却很有豆的质感…个人口味也很喜欢有姜味的糖浆作配搭😳和以往大众黄糖粉的食法相比 则是另类食法🙈看过网上食评和亲自到场一试后 也认为真的好看彩数😳有些图片也是看到豆腐碎 又有渣的 但本人经历则还好😂口味则认为跟平日吃的清爽口感软软，纯豆香清甜凉快的口味很不同🤔这里是比较厚实姜糖味十足😎Tofu Pudding in Lamma Island 🤭The texture is relatively smooth and firm🤔not so similar to other tofu puddings I tried before…but I won’t say it didn't taste good! The texture is relatively smooth and firm🤔not so similar to other tofu puddings I tried before…but I won’t say it didn't taste good! I can feel the soybean texture I guess that is why the texture is so firm. Also, I like the ginger syrup. Make the tofu pudding sweet and still fresh!
However, it is base on how lucky you are… according to the previous food reviews, sometimes the quality can be quite different…🤣🤣
