紫薯心太软 (Purple Lava) $98
整个甜品都紫意满满，窝夫内层夹有紫薯，令到味道带甜且黏口。心太软嘅流心做得好好，大量紫薯浆倾巢而出，散发著淡淡香气。而为免大量紫薯令到整个甜品过滞，恰当地用上豆腐味嘅雪糕同蜜瓜作中和作用，令味道同质感上更平衡。
The whole dessert is full of purple, with a sweet potato inner layer of waffle gives the sweet and sticky texture. The lava cake is baked well with a large amount of sweet potato lava burst out. To alleviate the dense texture of sweet potatoes, tofu ice cream and melon are added to neutralize it and gives a more balanced flavour and texture.

抹茶红豆麻糬窝夫 (Matcha Waffle) $75
抹茶雪糕嘅味道不过不失，唔算好浓。而窝夫颇有惊喜，因为内层夹住一层麻糬，所以令到窝夫外面脆，内里烟韧。而随著雪糕慢慢融化都令到窝夫增添一份抹茶香味，红豆粒粒分明且同抹茶嘅味道好融洽。
Matcha ice cream tastes good but is not rich in flavour. Waffle is delightful with mochi inside the inner layer, that creates a crispy surface and a contrasting chewy inner part. As the ice cream melt, it brings the matcha flavour into the waffle too. The flavour of red beans are harmonious with the taste of matcha.
