茜廊餐厅是在九龙东成长的三四十岁中年人士的回忆, 因为餐厅在观塘区已经有超过40年历史, 以前父母带我们去吃也是因为考试成绩出色作为奖励, 然后就会在附近淘大商场的欢乐天地游玩, 再在附近的模型舖买礼物, 那时候很难得到的现在相对简单就能获取, 但回忆依然美好. 食物质素老实说就是一般港式西餐质素, 但回想起那时候能够提扒类, 意粉, 中西式烩饭, 甚至是面包, 而位置相对中产区域面积相对大的, 就只有这一家, 其他如花园餐厅的同类餐厅也少了位置上的元素, 所以对我来说有特别印象. 今次吃的牛扒, 够厚, 也不会太熟, 肉香勉勉强强, 不会是很出色的水准, 但是就是几十年如一日的味道.Sidewalk Cafe evokes memories for middle-aged individuals in East Kowloon, having been established for over 40 years in the Kwun Tong area. The restaurant remains notable for its spaciousness compared to similar establishments, making it particularly memorable. The steak served was thick and cooked just right, maintaining a consistent flavor over the decades.
