又是老婆以前工作时的回忆小店, 这家在粉岭开了二十多年的小食店, 无论任何时间都维持着一条长长的人龙, 等候着它的蒸类小食, 并不是什么惊为天人的菜式, 就是从前小时候一定接触过的小食: 肠粉, 烧卖, 牛肉球, 粉果……首先有稳定的人流, 就不会难食到那里, 因为店家会不断制造新的小食, 做完即蒸即点即食, 够热烫又怎会难吃呢!由四五元四条, 现在变成八元四条, 又是通货膨胀的结果, 和另一肠粉名店合益泰比较, 米奇香差不多, 口感更加顺滑但豉油少了咸香, 整体来说不错. 其他小食最深刻的是墨鱼丸和陈皮鱼蛋, 前几者有墨鱼粒的口感, 后者有陈皮甘香, 真的可说名副其实. 无论如何, 满足老婆的回忆味道, 这比当中的美食更重要.My wife has tried the rice roll of this shop at Fanling when she worked many years ago there.
