前一排成日喺IG见到JOMO嘅招牌打卡蛋糕 🍰 今次就约咗朋友去食lunch 一次过试晒佢嘅素食lunch同蛋糕🥰今次嚟咗西环嘅分店 舖头都好细 得四五张枱 所以早上11点开舖就黎到咁先唔使等位😗佢地嘅主食选择唔多 超过一半都系素食🌿叫左一个英式早餐 同埋牛油果🥑蘑菇🍄酸种面包 饮品方面叫咗一个鲜奶可可🍫 同一个印度香料奶茶☕️英式早餐入面有乳酪 燕麦片 粟米 蘑菇 炒蛋 同埋酸种面包 同埋沙律菜 比我嘅感觉都好健康同清新 对于我呢啲食肉兽简中食下都系几好🌝 味道唔错 特别系蘑菇炒得好香 食完之后饱得来唔会济👍🏻 另一份牛油果蘑菇酸种面包就系我朋友食嘅 佢都话个蘑菇好香 整体几好味😋饮品方面 卖相认真唔错 📸 我个杯印度香料奶茶我几钟意 香浓得来淡淡渗着印度香料嘅味 系Masala嘅味😛 估唔到呢只香料整咖喱好食 整饮品都好好饮😝朋友个杯鲜奶可可转咗做豆奶 但系味道依然香浓👍🏻蛋糕方面 大家都知佢地嘅蛋糕坚出名 我以前成日都觉得蛋糕呢啲 间间都差唔多架啦 但原来唔系架🤩我地叫左两个最出名嘅戚风蛋糕 一个黑芝麻味 另一个伯爵茶味😚佢地唔系纯素蛋糕 但系两个都好好食‼️两个蛋糕口感都十分松软

饮品方面叫咗一个鲜奶可可🍫 同一个印度香料奶茶☕️
英式早餐入面有乳酪 燕麦片 粟米 蘑菇 炒蛋 同埋酸种面包 同埋沙律菜 比我嘅感觉都好健康同清新 对于我呢啲食肉兽简中食下都系几好🌝 味道唔错 特别系蘑菇炒得好香 食完之后饱得来唔会济👍🏻

我地叫左两个最出名嘅戚风蛋糕 一个黑芝麻味 另一个伯爵茶味😚佢地唔系纯素蛋糕 但系两个都好好食‼️两个蛋糕口感都十分松软 佢唔系空气感个种松软 而系好绵好密但又好软🤤所以第一啖食已经好中意😋 黑芝麻蛋糕个芝麻味偏重 而蛋糕上嘅cream嘅芝麻味更重 cream入面仲隐约食到好幼嘅芝麻粒☺️中意食芝麻嘅人一定会中意👍🏻 伯爵茶味嘅蛋糕都比我想像中浓味 蛋糕入面食到有伯爵茶叶碎粒 无论味道定口感都好唔错💯 蛋糕上面嘅cream仲有淡淡嘅玫瑰香味 茶嘅浓加上花嘅清香 简直系绝配😍
不过总结主食价钱有少少贵 蛋糕就超好食嘅 同埋唔想排队嘅话真系要早啲去🕰由于我住西环 都几近西环分店 我谂我会试埋买佢个卷蛋糕外卖番去食 见人食佢个Matcha roll cake都好想试 但又唔想排队🙈🙈
I’ve been seeing quite a number of posts featuring the signature cakes 🍰 from JOMO, and I decided to pay a visit with a friend of mine who’s on a vegetarian diet right now! We had both brunch and cakes, so I’m gonna put it in 2 posts! We went to the shop in Sai Ying Pun, and it’s a small shop with only 4-5 tables. We went at 11am, so there was no line.
This post is gonna focus on their brunch and drinks. There was not a wide variety of choices for brunch, but more than half was vegetarian 🌱. We got a JOMO all day breakfast, and a Mushroom Avocado Sourdough. For drinks we ordered a Milk Chocolate and a Masala Chai Tea Latte.
There were yoghurt, overnight oat, corn fritter, mushrooms, scrambled eggs, sourdough, and of course salad veggies in the all day breakfast! It’s healthy, and good for carnivores like me lol It was delicious too! The Avocado Mushroom Sourdough was for my friend, and she said that tasted pretty good too.
For drinks, they looked quite decent. I like my Masala Chai Tea Latte! Together with the aromatic Masala, the whole thing was rich and smooth! I couldn’t imagine how something tastes good in curry can be used as a drink ingredient! Soya milk was used for my friend’s Milk Chocolate. But it’s as good! ❤️
With its fancy dripping lava cream that catches everyone’s eye, JOMO’s chiffon cake has always been the signature of the shop and the talk of the town. I used to think cakes taste more or less the same, and there’s no such thing as heavenly taste for cakes - but I was WRONG‼️
We ordered 2 chiffon cakes - black sesame & earl grey. They’re not vegetarian, but they were extraordinarily tasty!🤤 They both were fluffy and soft. Meanwhile, the airiness wasn’t like soufflé pancake, instead they were dense but somewhat airy! (I don’t know how they make it lol) I was so in love only after taking the first bite! 🥰 The sesame flavor was pretty intense, and the flavor intensity in the cream foam on top was even higher, perhaps because of the ground sesame inside! Nomzz😚 Not only was the sesame cake delicious, so was the earl grey cake. With ground earl grey tea leaves inside the cake, the earl grey flavor was much stronger than I’d expected. Be it the texture or the taste, it had my heart ❤️! Besides, there was a nice rose 🌹scent from the cream foam on top ☺️ The richness of earl grey tea with a hint of aromatic floral scent - IT MADE MY DAY ✨✨
Now I’m so tempted to try their matcha roll cake next! 🤓Overall, the brunch was slightly pricy yet cakes were awesome! Plus, you will have to go early if you don’t want to line up and wait for a table! 😝
