又系同𠮶班钟意食素菜嘅朋友们去观塘揾食!呢间Sow Vegan我哋两年前开始book,一直都夹唔到时间,次次都book唔到。Book到佢哋装修完,终于都食到啦!超开心呀! 呢度系私房菜,食8道𩠌 tasting menu~Menu and table setting! 呢度好好呀!俾我哋带酒去唔收开瓶费。First course: Fermented blueberry tart + Coconut tartare on rice cracker; 佢哋好多食材到发酵过或者腌制过,味道好特别。个椰子脆米饼好香好好味!啲homemade面包好出色呀! 系我最钟意嘅 sour dough~ 仲有蕃茄面包条同埋香葱包,配埋个 vegan soy butter! it's perfect! 我哋仲encore第二碟添!呢个系沙葛x梨配梅酒啫喱酱+柠檬 salad! So refreshing Steamed tapioca with kombu shoyu: 蒸西米水晶糕,有啲冬菇包喺入面,烟烟韧韧 gum,几得意!呢个串烧系 grilled tofu skin! 腐皮! 友人话好似食紧鸡
Dessert 2: Petit fours (Raspberry roobois puff, apple earl grey pate de fruit and a bon bon)
题外话/补充资料:
真心要预早订位!佢哋差不多一个月会转一次menu,要试就要快啦!
