从新罗寳在星期五的晚上全部座位爆满, 就感受到复常的气氛, 晚市的人多了, 吃的时候大家也更开懐. 当然我和太太也不吃韩烧, 但这里作为扎根香港的第一批传统韩国菜餐厅, 其经典菜式也是我会回味的, 特别是它的炖牛肋条, 肉香够嫩, 筋膜爽弹, 味道甘甜, 看似很深色但完圣没有Overcooked, 和我最喜欢的名家同样出色.我和太太那晚也很想食Carbo, 所以另外点了海鲜煎饼和拌饭. 前者煎得外脆内爽, 就算内里有大量葱段和海鲜, 口感也较干身, 没有因内馅出水而破坏本身口感. 后者有饭焦, 饭身圆润饱满, 没有因放在石锅久了就变干. 如果说两者要改善的, 前者可以再多一点蛋香, 后者的肉丝则可以再高质素一点, 不过水准已相当不错.Soraboi is one of the earliest and eldest Korean restaurants in HK. Soraboi is one of the earliest and eldest Korean restaurants in HK. The braised beef ribs are excellent with texture and meaty flavour. It also gives us sweet taste and should be one of the best in the town. The seafood pancake and bibimbap are also good in quality but a little bit costly.
