自从开了铜锣湾分店之后, 这一家从传统美食沙漠杀出去核心区域的汉堡包店, 继续在这里默默经营著, 本店的堂食座位不多, 而且和厨房的距离相当接近, 吃完堂食之后的油烟味也蛮重的, 所以还是外卖吧! 汉堡包的水准在马鞍山这区域依然是无出其右, 特别喜欢这里的汉堡扒依然保持到出色的肉香和丰富的肉汁, 外脆内嫩, smashed burger的风格除了更有风味, 也不会太大块, 吃起来也更为简单顺畅, 只是面包保持软熟口感之余, 牛油香好像少了一点, 不知道是否为了更加健康还是改变了做法, 但还是比较喜欢以前Brioche般的. 炸鸡粒加上紫菜和柠檬, 没有令人讨厌的蛋黄酱, 在上面加上薄薄的柠檬汁, 中和油腻之余也能提味, 而且没有蛋黄酱般过于浓厚的味道和质感, 破坏了炸鸡本身的香脆和原本的肉香, 继续值得支持.Since opening its branch in Causeway Bay, this burger shop, which emerged from a “traditional food desert” into the central area, has quietly

The dine-in seating at the shop is limited and quite close to the kitchen, leaving a strong greasy smell after dining in. Takeaway is recommended! The burgers remain unmatched in the Ma On Shan area, especially the patties, which retain their excellent meaty aroma and juicy texture—crispy outside and tender inside. The smashed burger style adds flavor without being overly large, making it easier to enjoy. However, while the buns stay soft, they seem to lack some buttery richness compared to before—perhaps for health reasons or a recipe change. Previously, they were more brioche-like, which I preferred. The fried chicken bites with seaweed and lemon are also commendable. A light drizzle of lemon juice balances the greasiness and enhances the flavor without the overly thick taste and texture of mayonnaise, preserving the crispiness and natural meat aroma of the chicken. Still worth supporting!
