Finally it was saturday, the first day of my weekend! Before my baking lesson with my friends, we decided to have lunch first!!We went to 桃源軒which was quite near to the baking shop!! 桃源軒 is a taiwanese restaurant which provides all kinds of taiwanese food from bubble tea to noodles and dishes!!I ordered a set with 貢肉根noodles and a cup of hot drinks!!貢肉根noodles: I asked them to separate it into 2 bowl as I knew that the 貢肉根 will turn soft if it joined and put in the soup!! 貢肉根 was freshly deep fr

貢肉根noodles: I asked them to separate it into 2 bowl as I knew that the 貢肉根 will turn soft if it joined and put in the soup!! 貢肉根 was freshly deep fried, which provided a good crispy texture and the juicy meat part inside was quite stunning!! It was kind of like a 貢丸 but with a funny shape!! Pepper was added to this 貢肉根 as seasoning, not too much, just right!!
The noodles was quite "QQ" but the soup was tasteless, a bit disappointed about this !!
The hot drinks was honey with Juhua!! Surprising the shop added a bit of Lycium(枸杞) in which give a little bit of sweetness as well as very healthy!! Recommended!!Overall the experience was really nice, the food was tasty with reasonable price!! NICE~~
