🎄 今年圣诞节,我决定同屋企人喺屋企渡过,为了营造节日气氛,当然少不了煮一顿西餐!最近我喺中环街市食过Chef’s Market的午餐,觉得不错,于是上网订购咗一个Steak Cooking Set。这个Cooking Set入面包罗了:- Dry Aged Bone-In Ribeye Steak 650g- Always Fresh Grissini - Rosemary & Sea Salt- La Molisana Classic Spaghetti-Maison Argaud Bloc of Goose Foie Gras 90g- Norwegian Smoked Salmon Sliced 200g- Casa Rinaldi Alfredo Sauce- Black Truffle Manchego Sheep Milk Cheese- Maggie Beer-Diane Finishing Sauce- 3 in One Red Wine我首先用La Molisana Classic Spaghetti配Casa Rinaldi Alfredo Sauce,试下味道如

我首先用La Molisana Classic Spaghetti配Casa Rinaldi Alfredo Sauce,试下味道如何。我加咗大蘑菇同香草肉肠做配料,大约煮咗6分钟,再焗2分钟,出来的口感烟韧,非常好!我再炒香大蘑菇,将香草肠煎至金黄色,然后将面条放返入去,加埋些意粉水同一汤羹Casa Rinaldi Alfredo Sauce 一齐炒,味道真系不错,芝士味浓郁但又唔油腻。
最后,我配上咗来自西班牙三个酒庄集合出品的3 in One Red Wine,口感充满活力。
这个套餐包含咗前菜、小食同主菜,根本唔使自己苦恼要煮咩,真系节省咗好多时间!
