Finally tried this famous kushiage 串扬げplace, 闻名不如见面😆I have made the reservation like 2 months advance, I was so looking forward to this meal, and it didn’t disappoint.Everything was so on point as I expected, we ordered lots food by two girls only, and we love everything we ordered. Too bad the shirako 穴子season is over, it was not available that day, I really wanna try that. What we ordered: Fried chicken wing, potatoe salad, ebi (shrimp), pork tenderloin, plum sauce with ships pork flank roll,

What we ordered:
Fried chicken wing, potatoe salad, ebi (shrimp), pork tenderloin, plum sauce with ships pork flank roll, 和牛beef tenderloin, asparagus bacon roll, scallop salon roe and herring roe on kelp.
I think the most impressive and memorable ones would be scallop salmon roe and herring roe on kelp(鲱鱼子昆布).
I would highly recommend these two signature dishes.
Overall, I love the vibe here, attentive service, delicious food, a truly authentic Japanese 串扬げplace, it totally lives up to the hype.
