Urban City Diner (已結業)

I have ordered a white wine during HH. The amount is unreasonably small and does not worth fir the price,even with the HH price. Also, several staff are keep chatting at the cashier during my order and payment time, I feel hard to make a request and like an outsider interrupting their conversation.
