烟火鸡班尼迪意大利包配自家蛋黄酱烟火鸡惊喜地不像一般火鸡般干巴巴，其淡淡的烟薰味，与香甜的蛋黄酱蛮配的。意大利包则有点儿过硬。Not many restaurants in HK offer Smoked Turkey Egg Benedict, and it went well with the runny egg yolk and hollandaise. The bread was a bit tough tho.
