Mr. Min Chicken is a Korean deep fried chicken restaurant in Hong Hum that is a typical old district in Kowloon. Since she is located at a new mansion, it looks clean and well decorated. The deep fried chicken is crispy and juicy without any oily taste. Not heavily dressing and with the rice roll, she provides a lighter lunch to me compared to other similar restaurants.
