一行八人冲入帝苑, 坐下不久即开始狩猎.先来冷盘, 三文鱼, 煗 鱼, 八爪鱼sashimi, 后两者比较干, 无咁fresh and juicy.海鲜cold platter拣左虾, 蟹脚, 青口, all普通.白灼海鲜试左圣子, 细细只, 但算鲜甜.炒砚几大只, 辣酒花螺也爽口大只.Tempura虾不太只, 油偏多, 普通.羊架嫩有羊香.甜品首选Tiramisu, 酒香湿润适中.American cheese cake 香浓.Spoon choculate mousse也香滑.Blueberry cheese cake, 属soft type, cheese味不太浓, 但入口软绵绵的.Bread Pudding 用上提子面包, 再自加Vanilla sauce, 很正.Ice-cream corner有waffle, crepe and 4 kinds of Haagen Dazs 雪糕, 有cookies n cream, mango, strawberry and choculate.
