雅士餐厅是粉岭联和墟的一间老字号西餐厅,于1981年开业。当时附近有多个英军军营,餐厅主要招待洋人和富裕的围村居民,被视为新界最高级的西餐厅之一。80年代是雅士餐厅的全盛期,每月都有军营包场开派对到凌晨。餐厅见证了香港殖民地时期的繁华,也经历了时代变迁。虽然客源已从洋人转为本地街坊,但雅士餐厅仍保留了怀旧的装潢和菜式,成为粉岭的地标之一。重阳节去和合石扫墓之后,来到这里吃午餐,虽然餐厅的菜式也是传统的茶餐厅菜式,但在这个充满以前香港风情的装修下吃饭,特别有feel。菜式简单但不马虎,例如是焗肉酱意粉的高温和上枱时表面的渣渣声,再加上蕃茄味调得酸甜平衡,意粉口感够爽也够干身。同样的水准也应用在炒出前一丁及蕃茄牛肉汤通粉,处理面条的口感和汤酱的味道上,也有着以前茶餐厅的严谨和执着。作为前英军爱光顾的餐厅,炸鱼薯条同样是必然之选,鱼肉结实有肉香,炸皮爽脆,厚薄适中而且均匀,薯条是港式的波浪薯条,同样外脆内软熟,简单的茄汁就已经足够。Deleux Restaurant, established in 1981 in Fanling’s Luen Wo Market, is a historic

Deleux Restaurant, established in 1981 in Fanling’s Luen Wo Market, is a historic Western-style eatery.
