祝大家蛇年矫若游龙，身体健康。新年伊始吃得简单一点，在长州除了一些很旅客性的美食外，比较平民化一点的，就是这家火车头米线，真的会有当地居民来吃午餐，米线的汤底不一定是麻辣或者酸辣，上面有很多油的那一种，这里的蚬汤米线吃过多次宴出色，蚬吐沙吐得足，吃起来鲜味够也没有腥味，还有樱花虾干配搭，鲜香中带有自然的咸香，配料的鸭胸出奇地嫩，不柴口之余也没有筋，鸭皮带微微的鸭油，配搭起汤底起来就是自然的甘香。At the start of the new year, it’s nice to eat simply. Dried sakura shrimp adds a natural salty flavor. Surprisingly, the duck breast topping is tender, not dry, and without tendon. The duck skin, with a hint of duck fat, complements the broth’s natural sweetness perfectly.
