蛋饼内壤入大量嘅芝士同粟米，满溢嘅芝士为蛋饼带少少咸味，同时营造拉丝嘅效果，层次丰富。如果嫌味道唔够，仲可以蘸一旁嘅辣酱。建议未食过蛋饼嘅朋友试下。

花雕醉鸡 (Drunken Chicken) $32
花雕醉鸡啖啖肉，好有满足感。花雕嘅份量控制得好好，引出鸡嘅鲜味。
The drunken chicken is satisfying, as all slices are deboned. The amount of Huadiao wine is well-controlled, that brings out the taste of the chicken.

炸花枝丸 (Fried Cuttlefish Ball) $30
花枝丸质感弹牙，底部细心地用上吸油纸，令花枝丸嘅表面唔好咁油。若墨鱼味能够更重则味道更佳。
The cuttlefish ball tastes bouncy. The bottom is carpeted with a paper to absorb the oil of the cuttlefish ball. It will taste better if the flavour from the cuttlefish is stronger.

凉拌猪耳 (Pig Ears) $29
猪耳质感爽口，味道带微辣，当中嘅蒜味都颇重，系一道值得推荐嘅凉盘。
The pig ear tastes bouncy and slightly spicy. It has a strong flavour of garlic, and it is our recommended cold dish.

黄瓜味道清新，不过不失。
The cucumber tastes refreshing.

酥炸排骨个表面质感颇酥，味道带咸。若排骨能更厚会令质感更丰富。
The surface of the fried pork ribs is quite crispy. It tastes slightly salty. The texture will be richer if the ribs can be thicker.

百香红茶 (Passion Fruit Tea) $22
热情果同红茶嘅味道好衬，酸酸甜甜，味道清新。
The sourness and sweetness of the passion fruit matches well with the tea, that is very refreshing.
