行样榜样Role model因为女儿的偏爱，其实不是第一次帮衬这个已有几家分店的餐厅。但又一城的分店始终便第一次来，终是便有了这篇食评。It's not the first time I come this restaurant but a different outlet because of my daughter. 因为女儿的偏爱，其实不是第一次帮衬这个已有几家分店的餐厅。但又一城的分店始终便第一次来，终是便有了这篇食评。
It's not the first time I come this restaurant but a different outlet because of my daughter. But it's the first time I go to the outlet in Festival Walk since its opening.
我在看来，虽然有不少餐厅也是主打炸猪扒，但唯独是这间才可算是榜样。无论是猪扒的选择、处理，也是众多行家之中最好和最稳定。
Although there are other restaurants also specialized in fired pork chop, but I am in view that this restaurant was the role model among them, on its stability and perfection on choosing and handling on the pork chop.
就今次的经验而言，猪扒本身肥瘦适中，然而面衣炸得香口之余，又能保存住猪扒本身的肉汁，令猪扒不会变靭。
If just taking about this experience, the pork was perfectly chosen, and was handling properly. The coat was creepy, but the pork itself is still juicy. AAll were good.
基本上完全没有可以挑剔的地方。不过，如在沙律菜的酱汁方便能够有更多的选择、例如芝麻酱之类，会令整个体验更为完满。不过，这只是口味问题，店舖提供的酱汁本身已令整个体验相当完整。
It is suggested that the restaurant can provide more sauce for the salad, like sesame sauce etc, to provide a more enjoyable experience. But it's just my own preference, the sauce it provided is good enough already.
虽然价钱相当的不便宜，但来这里准没错。
Frankly this restaurant is definitely not economical, but it worth any penny you spend on it. Just Come.
