里面总共有三款牛排，分别系口感较丰富嘅美国安格斯，肉味浓郁嘅澳洲和牛同埋入口即溶嘅A5宫崎和牛，各120g🥩 碟上有黑椒、蒜粒同黑松露盐，有助解腻👍🏼 一次过可以试足三款味道同口感真系好满足🤭
There are three types of beef, which are Miyazaki A5 Wagyu, Australian Wagyu and US. Angus Beef Short Rib. They all carry different flavours and textures, served with pepper, garlic and truffle salt.
西京烧比目鱼扒
Teppanyaki Saikyo Halibut Steak
比目鱼嘅油脂丰厚，食落口感细腻🐟 外皮煎的微脆，带点焦香味，只系略嫌面豉酱偏多，盖过左鱼肉本身嘅鲜甜味🥺 但呢块鱼扒嘅size真系好大好抵食🤪
Halibut steak was fried till it was golden and crispy on the outside, while juicy and tender on the inside. However it was a little too salty.
海鲜方面有刺身级嘅阿根廷红虾，偏软嘅肉质配上牛油烧汁好惹味🦐 最后仲有牛油香煎黑椒鲍鱼，新鲜弹牙，估唔到呢个价钱可以食到咁高级嘅食材😎
The Argentinian red shrimp and abalone were plump and buttery, which is considered very worthy for its price.
海鲜炒饭
Fried Seafood Rice
炒饭里面有鸡蛋、鱿鱼圈、带子同埋虾仁，好足料架😌 口感够干身，粒粒分明，食完呢碗饭即刻饱晒🤰🏻
The fried rice has eggs, squid rings, clams and shrimps. The rice was fried perfectly, it kept its chewiness and it wasn’t too soggy.
铁板炒油麦菜好鲜甜，无额外落调味料，而且份量都几多🥬 餐汤系面豉汤，食完咁多重口味嘅嘢饮返碗就最啱啦🥣
Teppanyaki lettuce was sweet and fresh, which was nice with the fried rice. Miso soup was nice to have after so much heavy food.
最后有焦糖咖啡蛋糕，焦糖嘅甜味可以衬托咖啡微苦嘅后韵，为呢餐做个完美嘅结束🍰
Coffee caramel cake was sweet and bitter at the same time, with two different textures.
