扬英浦结业后, 我很怀念它媲美高级食肆质素, 但又相对便宜得多的豉油鸡. 老友推荐同样位于观塘的秋意, 说它的豉油鸡同样是观塘数一数二的, 一试之下, 果然令我满意, 虽然说和扬英浦有点不同, 但肉质和味道同样高质. 六十元的豉油鸡便当, 不能算便宜, 但会吃得饱, 味道又好, 算是物有所值.这里的豉油鸡偏向干身一点, 无论皮和肉也没有一倒而泻的豉汁, 鸡肉雪白口感嫩滑, 没有刻意为了鸡肉入味而Overcook, 就是刚刚熟的火候控制. 雒皮呈焦糖色, 口感爽弹, 皮肉之间脂层平均, 豉汁味道先甘甜后咸香, 层次感相当不俗, 整体水准相当优秀, 难怪下午三时多已完售, 在工厦位置偏僻的地方, 可以媲美勇记卖鸡的火热情况, 更为难得.Autumn Feeling is famous for her soy sauce chicken. Autumn Feeling is famous for her soy sauce chicken. The quality is as good as those in high class Cantonese restaurants. The meat texture is soft and smooth. The cooking time is perfectly in time and no overcook has been noted. The skin is spongy and the soy sauce color is perfectly disturbed on it. Taste is sweet and fresh which will not too heavy for HKers. Giving that the cost of soy sauce chicken rice is $60, it is worth trying even it is difficult to find in Kwun Tong.
