Today, I went to the famous Gavi restaurant in Kwun Tong to eat. Originally, I planned to come with my friends and my dog Nana, since this restaurant welcomes dogs. However, my friend and I have already booked the Christmas dog buffet for December. 🐶 Nana can join us then!
This restaurant has a happy hour with a buy-two-get-one-free deal. My friend and I ordered:
- Yuzu Lemon Butterfly Pea Soda
A refreshing blend of yuzu and lemon with smooth butterfly pea, offering a crisp taste.
- Lychee Laban Yogurt Soda:
Featuring lychee as the main ingredient, combined with a fermented yogurt flavor, delivering a unique sweet and sour sensation.
- Honey Glazed Drunken Chicken
Chicken marinated in Hua Diao wine, baked with honey for a crispy exterior and tender interior. The chef did an excellent job; the chicken was soft and not overcooked.
- Norwegian Salmon Tartare with Crispy Toast:Fresh Norwegian salmon paired with onions, deliciously enhanced by the crispy toast.
