Let’s try the pork chop bun from the signature orange fast food chain. The bun is the crispy baguette and toasted, very crunchy and fresh. It sandwiched some raw lettuce, a slice of pork chop in medium thickness, and some thousand island sauces. It’s an okay bun, but the pork chop was a bit over-tenderised and too thin for my liking. It’s a tea set and came with a drink of choice. I think their HK-style milk tea and it’s as good as I used to remember.
