Hoover had been establish at Kowloon City for near 50 years. The traditional cake and egg tarts are her trademark that can recall my child memory. When we know the news of her closure, we need to wait for hours for her cake that is amazing as she is not that crowded in weekday and weekend. The egg tart is good in texture of puff and the flavor of egg juice. It is costly but as the way to recall my memory, i still believe it is worthy trying.
