西冷外层煎至微脆, 里面色泽粉嫩, 肉质有弹性, 食落软嫩juicy带油香, 肉味浓郁, 相当高质! 配菜同样有心思, 除左有烤原个蒜头, 更有紫薯仔甘笋千层饼, 食材简单但做法较为麻烦, 所以唔系间间餐厅都会做, 食落口感爽脆之余更带蔬菜自身甜味
