呢个无花果青提丹麦酥系seasonal款式 本身自己好钟意食无花果 所以觉得呢个甜甜地几好食 搭配嘅吉士轻忌廉完全冇违和感 不过男朋友就觉得呢个麻麻地🤣
Since Gontran Cherrier, the globally recognized pastry chef opened his store in Hong Kong, there is a constant queue of people wanting his famed croissants. With nearly 60 bakeries around the world, the fourth-generation baker initially learnt how to bake from his father. He made different kinds of pastries and bread by mixing up the traditional items with flavors from overseas.
The multi-layered 𝑪𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒄 𝑪𝒓𝒐𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒏𝒕 had a crispy, golden shell while its inner part was so moist and pillowy soft. Its buttery scent was just so irresistible. The seasonal 𝑭𝒊𝒈 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑮𝒓𝒂𝒑𝒆 𝑫𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒉 was fairly good for me but just so-so for my boyfriend. I found the custard and light cream complemented with the fruit well. Its savory item, 𝑯𝒂𝒎 & 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒆𝒔𝒆 𝑪𝒓𝒐𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒏𝒕 was my favorite of all. Wrapped inside the buttery flaky croissant along with the slice ham and cheddar cheese, the sauce made the whole thing even tastier. Loved it. Loved it. Loved it! 💕
