终于的起心肝嚟bookmark左好耐好耐好耐嘅 @blank_cafe 食好多人都推荐嘅bagel喇🤩小店位置少隠世，我哋都花咗少少时间揾～坐位唔算多，不过胜在有得坐室外，私心特别钟意坐出面(ﾟ∀ﾟ)整体呢讲，食物虽然唔算超级超级惊喜，但性价比都几高～会推荐大家嚟试吓呢度嘅bagel🥯下次会再嚟试埋佢嘅甜品！.finally decided to try this highly recommended bagel 🥯 from @blank_cafe 😊 this place is not easy to find and doesnt have too many seats 😆 but there is outdoor seating for people you outdoor lovers 👍 overall, the food wasnt anything super unexpected but it definitely won in price 😋 definitely if you are a bagel lover, you have to come check it

平时食bagel通常都系芝士炒蛋夹啲蕃茄呀菜呀𠮶啲，想丰富少少嘅话最多都系加牛油果或者烟三文鱼。见到呢度嘅配料都几特别，有慢煮鸡胸同慢煮牛等等。今次就试吓个慢煮牛啦～
配料除咗有慢煮牛肉之外，仲有沙律菜、cream cheese同cheddar cheese。讲真，慢煮牛肉口感有少少失望，本身会expect有入口即溶嘅口感，但可能牛肉都比较薄身，识落冇咩特别，不过都唔韧嘅～
反而cheddar cheese嘅咸香配牛肉非常之夹😍
而bagel亦都烘得啱啱好，外脆内软，口感都尚算烟韧，唔错。

呢个系一个食材简单但又煮得好好食嘅意粉～三文鱼同菠菜嘅份量都好足料！！而忌廉汁嘅份量都调教得啱啱好，唔会话太多变到好稀，但又唔会话太杰身嘅😃creamy得来又唔会话太腻～
