Another highlight of their special tasting menu is their 🥩wagyu foie gras sando! The addition of foe gras made a huge difference, that rich buttery sensation worked wonders with the thinly battered wagyu and crispy toast! 鹅肝和牛三文治系另一个大卖点，鹅肝超软化多汁，连埋吉列和牛嘅脆皮，令成份三文治都升华咗！👍🏻

I was also very impressed by the wagyu shiso tempura, the wagyu beef at the centre was tender and juicy and I was honestly surprised by how good it tasted with the unique flavour of shiso and the crispy outer batter! 和牛紫苏天妇罗都超有惊喜，鲜嫩嘅和牛原来配上紫苏叶独特的香味，再加埋香脆嘅外层，原来可以有咁正嘅效果😍

To finish off, we had fresh strawberries 🍓 and a milk pudding topped with brown sugar! 最后仲有新鲜士多啤梨同埋黑糖牛奶布丁作结，真系大满足呀🥰
