山下菓子喺旺角开左4年，以唔同嘅卡通精品同可爱装饰去吸引唔少迪士尼嘅小粉丝💗 佢地主打西日式嘅fusion菜，由主食到甜品，甚至饮品都好有特色😉 佢地会唔定时咁转主题，而由29/6起就系我小学至爱嘅Chip&Dale🐿 餐厅里面以Tiffany Blue为主色，仲贴左啲Chip&Dale嘅墙纸，睇得出佢地花左唔少心思设计👍🏼 除左出面嘅手信，每人只要达到特定最低消费就可以获得期间肯定精美嘅小礼品添😲 This restaurant is known for their frequent collab with Disney and cute dishes. 呢道菜无论系大人定细路都一定钟意，意粉煮得啱啱好，达到Al Dente嘅口感🤌🏼 上面舖左三只鲜甜嘅大虾，肉质结实弹牙🦐 浓稠嘅番茄酱里面保留左啲鲜番茄碎🍅 仲加左半溶嘅莫札瑞拉芝士同帕马森碎🧀 层层味道同口感交织令意粉变得更酸甜可口😋
The spaghetti was cooked till al dente, with three plump shrimps lying on top. The thick pasta sauce was very tomatoey, with melted mozzarella and Parmesan cheese embedded within.

蛋包饭系日式洋食嘅代表之一🇯🇵 佢地用咗和牛肉绞成嘅大肉丸牛味香浓🐮 外皮煎得微焦，可以锁住中间嘅肉汁💦 旁边松软香滑嘅炒蛋配埋日式咖哩独有嘅香甜气味简直系绝配，同白饭一齐食别有一番滋味😚
The burger was made with Wagyu mince, which was very beefy and juicy. The smooth and creamy fried egg went well with the sweet Japanese curry.

French Toast with Fresh Fruit
有别于一般嘅多士，佢地选择左用法包🥖 所以口感分为三种层次，充分浸润喺蛋奶液中嘅部份有啲似布丁，入口即溶🤤 边缘位有返啲嚼劲，而面包皮就好酥脆，口感丰富🤩 将糖浆淋上去之后每啖都散发著甜蜜嘅蛋香，配埋鲜果食有助解腻🫐
Baguette slices were used instead of white bread, therefore providing a special texture. The part where most the batter has sunk into was super fluffy, where the outer bits had more of a chew. It was very eggy and creamy, and the fruits helped to freshen up your palette.

Green Tea & Cheese Milk Cap
奶盖占饮品五分一，芝士比例足够，浓郁嘅咸香味同清香嘅茶底做成强烈对比😉 奶盖打得好棉润，将佢搅匀后饮落去会更丝滑🥛
The thick layer of milk cap was velvety and had a rich cheese flavour. The savouriness created a nice contrast with the slightly bitter tea.
